The Essentials
Here is the prep: Roll in with your trusty mat, a non-slip towel, face towel and a water bottle to keep hydrated, and bring along your friends. It's going to get pretty sweaty and have you glowing!
If your gear isn't at hand, just chill—we've got yoga mats and filtered water here; just bring a bottle to fill up.
Dress The Part
Slide into comfy sportswear that’s made for freedom of movement. You’re gonna sweat, so consider layering your clothing. You might begin the session in a T-shirt, for instance, and then choose to switch to a sports bra when the body heat rises on and intensity builds.
Be on time & Gently Join In
Arrive around 10-15 minutes prior to class starts. We strive to preserve the authenticity of the practice experience. Your safety is a priority; taking enough time to find a spot, to get settled, set up your mat, to get properly warm up, and get into the vibes before the class begins.
Remove your footwear before entering
Leave the shoes outside and leave the socks behind— this is where we vibe with the ground, barefoot, letting those toes breathe and free.
A touch of magical charm
Grounding is essential, so try to stay into the entire class. If you must leave early, let the instructor know beforehand and silently.
While you flow through various poses, in fitness classes, sweating, smiling, laughing, and even shedding a tear, remember to cherish the borrowed mat, props, equipments and space. After your practice, gently clean the mat with the provided spray and place the props back neatly, ensuring they are in the same and functional condition. This act of consideration is a part of the culture in both Asian and Western practices, common in both commercial and non-commercial spaces. By taking care of the shared space, we contribute to a harmonious environment for all
