We follow these guidelines in the practice.
Our SOPs and guidelines are in place to ensure a fun and safe experience for everyone while we welcome you back with open arms! Let's rock this place together!
Spacious
We have clear demarcations in all areas to ensure spacious distancing for all.
Reserve
Secure your spot and pay online. Only fully vaccinated individuals with "Low Risk" status are permitted into the practice. Show us your vaccination certification and ensure you double vaxx!
Safe Entry
Pre-payment and pre-booking are mandatory, at least 3 hours before class starts - no walk-ins-now. We keep a close eye on attendance & member in addition to SafeEntry. Arrive 15 mins early for extra check-in time and cozy up before the practice begins!
Disinfect
Into the practice and high-touch surfaces are to be cleaned between every class with hospital-grade sanitizer.
BYO
Got your own towel or mat? Bring it along and layer it over ours! If you prefer our mats, remember to disinfect them with a light spray and wipe them down with our provided cloth after use. And when you're done, place the blocks and mats back in their original spot for the next person after you. These guidelines are super important, so we'd appreciate your support in sticking to them during your practice.
