  • He is the founder of AcroMongolia, a platform dedicated to developing world-class performers and providing education in hand-balancing and flexibility.

Lkhagva Ochir is a Mongolian artist, Cirque du Soleil performer, and internationally recognized handstand and contortion coach.

He began training Handstand & Contortion at the Mongolian State Circus School and has since performed across the world, combining classical Mongolian contortion heritage with contemporary artistry.

Variation of postures, tips, techniques to build strength, flexibility, and alignment, creating a well rounded practice that enhances both mind and body awareness.

This workshop is ideal for intermediate to advanced practitioners who wish to advance their skills in inversion, inner core strength and flexibility. Selected topics welcome beginners to multilevel participants.

Handstand

  • Learn essential body preparation drills that build the strength and mobility needed for safe and stable handstands

    These workshops are open to all levels. You participate in these workshops and train “To Stay in Handstand” and “One Arm Handstand,” as well as flexibility and contortion.

    Whether you are a gymnast, yoga practitioner, calisthenics, strength and core trainer, pilates and a movement enthusiast, you are welcome to participate.

  • Overall, bring your own yoga mat.

    We know that everyone has their own preference when it comes to mats, so we do not provide individual mats for each participant. If you are unable to bring your own mat, we do have a limited number of mats available for use. You would need to place a request after you purchased your selected workshops.

  • Our workshops are currently available in English. Having at least a beginner proficiency of both spoken and written English is important for keeping up with the workshop.

  • If you’re looking for a great way to spend an afternoon, evening or day, it is a sound decision to participate in our workshops.
